What apprentices ask us.
Do I get paid for the work?
No — apprentice roles are unpaid volunteer positions with a nonprofit. In return, the program is free: training, mentorship, and the $450 practicum course all at no cost, and every verified hour of work becomes a PROVA credential you keep.
What happens if I drop out mid-engagement?
Attrition is planned for. First-quarter departures are replaced from the pipeline. Later exits are handled case-by-case.
Is this a bootcamp?
No. It's a federally recognized Registered Apprenticeship Program — supervised on-the-job training with real deliverables.
Do I need prior experience?
You need foundational competency in your track. Not a senior portfolio — genuine aptitude and willingness to learn fast.
What do I leave with?
A shipped product, 400+ hours of Prova-verified credentials, a cohort network, and certificates that prove what you built.
